Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange:
Email us at Support@ractiveequestrian.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
Ship the unused, tagged item back to us within 30 days of purchase.
Once received, we will process your refund or exchange.
Please Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

Tracking your order? Check your shipping confirmation email or log into your account.
Order hasn’t arrived? Email us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
